Being in another part of the country while selling our property could have been problematic, but Todd made it a piece of cake. Todd managed repairs that needed to be done before the home could be market-ready, making it a worry-free process. He expertly advised us on the best time to put our house on the market, the price that would sell it quickly without compromising our return, and all of the pros or cons of the three offers we received. I wish Todd could sell my out-of-state property because I doubt I can find someone who could come close to the standard he set while selling our Brentwood home. Thank you, Todd!

These guys recently helped us sell our house. They did it in a very timely fashion and we got a price we wanted. I think that's saying a lot, considering the way the property market has been lately. They're really easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the current real estate market. My other experiences with buying and selling homes have been kind of a pain, but this one changed my outlook on dealing with real estate agencies. I always recommend them to people I know who need to buy or sell a home!

Doyle and Rena, of Campbell Wellman, were recommended to us by a friend who they helped buy a place in Santa Monica. We were looking for a 1bd or 1ba in the beach communities like Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Manhattan, and Hermosa Beach. We were set to visit California from New York at the end of April 2014, before were got there, Doyle and Rena were emailing with us constantly in New York, sending us listings, looking at properties, and informing us of the units they visited. They were non-stop from the initial contact we had with them by phone. We would get at least 1 email from them a day with listings of new properties and their thoughts on them. When we finally arrived in California, we got off the plane and met them right away to start looking at properties. They had us on a busy three-day tour of the Westside (we had to be elsewhere for a wedding). They brought us to different places, of course, keeping within our budget. Finally, on the 2nd day of hunting, we found the place we wanted and it was in Santa Monica. After that, Doyle and Rena continued with their knowledge and many years of Realtor® experience and just took care of us. They were thorough, organized, and just friendly throughout the entire process. They provided a lender and kept the ball rolling into escrow and closing. From the day we put in a bid to the day of closing was about 30 days. Doyle constantly kept us informed of the next steps, always 10-steps ahead of the game to make sure we met our closing date. What we loved about Doyle and Rena the most is that they were really trustworthy. At no point did we ever feel any pressure from them to buy something immediately and never did we feel they were being dishonest. They were looking out for our best interest and it was very reassuring. I would highly, highly recommend Doyle and Rena and will use their guidance and services in the future.

My brother and I used Todd and Colin of Campbell Wellman Properties to sell my mother's house. After consulting with 3 real estate agents prior to interviewing Todd, we noticed the immediate difference in the quality of service we would be receiving. His knowledge of the area was spot on. He had an excellent grasp of the local history of the neighborhood, and how to capitalize on the improving changes that were occurring in the area. With Todd's expertise in the field, he believed, with several improvements, we could list the house $60k above what the other agents suggested would be a good selling price. When the house was listed we immediately had offers, Todd's experience in deciphering offers, making it possible to close the sale of the house for an additional $70k above the listing.
